Why Families Choose Calmsea
Each programme is built around one idea: that families who understand each other communicate differently — and coordination becomes less draining.
Gentle Pacing
Sessions move at a pace that respects each participant. No one is pushed or pressured — the material unfolds as people are ready for it.
Purely Educational
Every session is informational. We do not offer advice for specific situations, but we do offer clear, well-structured frameworks that families can reflect on and apply themselves.
Small Group Settings
Workshops are kept to small groups so that every participant has room to engage, reflect, and ask questions in a comfortable setting.
Structured Materials
Each programme includes take-home worksheets, templates, and structured guides — so the learning continues after the session ends.
Based in Bangkok
Located centrally in Ratchathewi, our space is easy to reach by BTS, bus, or taxi — designed to fit into a Bangkok family's schedule.
A Safe, Neutral Space
Sessions are conducted in a calm, neutral environment. Our focus is on learning together — not on evaluating or judging any family's circumstances.

Common Questions
Things families often ask before joining a programme.
What is the difference between the three programmes?
The Family Communication Workshop focuses on listening and expressing needs in a group setting. The Mediation-Support Information Session explains how structured voluntary conversations work and how to prepare for them. The Co-Coordination Skills Programme is a longer multi-week course for parents or family members who share practical responsibilities and want clearer planning tools. Each stands alone and can be taken in any order.
Are these sessions considered professional counselling or advice?
No. Every programme at Calmsea is educational and informational in nature. We do not provide individual advice, professional counselling, or outcomes for specific personal situations. Participants learn general skills and frameworks that they can then consider and apply in their own lives.
How long do sessions run, and where do they take place?
The one-time workshop and information session each run for approximately half a day. The Co-Coordination Skills Programme spans multiple weeks with regular sessions. All programmes are held at our Ratchathewi office in Bangkok. Please contact us for current dates and scheduling options.
What are the fees and how do I pay?
The Family Communication Workshop is ฿3,910 per person. The Mediation-Support Information Session is ฿7,310. The Co-Coordination Skills Programme is ฿11,730 for the full course. Payment details are shared after your enquiry is confirmed. We do not require any commitment until you have had a chance to review the programme that interests you.
Do both parents need to attend together?
Not necessarily. The workshop is open to any family member, whether attending alone or with others. For the Co-Coordination Skills Programme, it can be helpful if all relevant parties attend the same cohort, but this is not a requirement. Contact us to discuss what makes sense for your situation.
Is my participation kept private?
Yes. Your enrolment and the details you share during sessions are handled with care and kept within Calmsea. We do not share participant information with third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details on how we manage personal data.
