1. About Calmsea

Calmsea is an educational centre located at 75 Pratunam Road, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400, Thailand, reachable by phone at +66 87 402 7195 or by email at [email protected]. We offer structured group workshops and educational programmes focused on family communication, coordination skills, and understanding how facilitated conversations are generally approached.

2. Scope of Services

Calmsea offers the following educational programmes:

• Family Communication Workshop — a guided group session on listening, expressing needs, and reducing everyday family conflict. Includes take-home exercises. (฿3,910 per participant)
• Mediation-Support Information Session — an informational session explaining how respectful mediation conversations are generally structured and how to prepare for them calmly. Includes a preparation worksheet. (฿7,310 per participant)
• Co-Coordination Skills Programme — a multi-week educational programme for parents and family members focused on scheduling, communication, and cooperative planning. Includes shared templates and a structured session plan. (฿11,730 per participant)

All programmes are educational and skills-based in nature. They are designed for general learning and reflection, not to address any individual situation or produce specific outcomes.

3. Registration and Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed once Calmsea has received a completed registration request and the applicable programme fee. Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at registration. Places are subject to availability and Calmsea reserves the right to decline or defer a registration where a session is full.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided are accurate. Calmsea is not responsible for missed communications resulting from incorrect or outdated information.

4. Programme Fees and Payment

All fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is required prior to attending a session or commencing a programme. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of registration.

Fees are non-transferable to other individuals unless agreed in writing with Calmsea.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. The following applies to cancellations and rescheduling requests:

• More than 7 days before the session: A full refund will be issued, or the fee may be transferred to a future session of the same programme.
• 3–7 days before the session: A 50% refund will be issued. The remaining balance may be applied as a credit toward a future session.
• Less than 3 days before the session: No refund is available; however, a one-time rescheduling to the next available date may be offered at Calmsea's discretion.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The date the email is received by Calmsea determines which cancellation period applies.

Calmsea reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to insufficient enrolments or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.

6. Conduct and Participation

Calmsea's sessions are designed to be calm, reflective, and respectful environments for all participants. All attendees are expected to:

• Engage with the material and other participants in a considerate, non-disruptive manner
• Respect the privacy of other participants — session discussions are confidential and should not be shared outside the group
• Refrain from recording sessions (audio or video) without the explicit written consent of Calmsea and all other participants present

Calmsea reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct is materially disruptive to others. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

7. Educational Nature of Content

All content delivered through Calmsea's programmes is for educational and informational purposes only. Facilitators are not acting as professional advisers, counsellors, legal practitioners, or regulated professionals of any kind. The content of sessions reflects general educational material and should not be relied upon as advice for any specific situation.

Calmsea does not make representations about outcomes from attending its programmes. Individual experiences vary and depend on how participants choose to apply what they have learned.

8. Intellectual Property

All session materials, worksheets, templates, and programme content provided by Calmsea are for the personal, non-commercial use of registered participants only. Participants may not reproduce, redistribute, or share session materials with third parties without prior written permission from Calmsea.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Calmsea's liability in connection with any programme is limited to the fee paid by the participant for that programme. Calmsea is not liable for any indirect loss, emotional distress, consequential damages, or outcomes arising from participation or non-participation in a session.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) of Thailand.

10. Privacy

Calmsea handles personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). For full details of how we collect, use, and protect personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments to These Terms

Calmsea may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice on our website or by email. The version in effect at the time of your registration will apply to that enrolment. Continued participation in Calmsea programmes following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or Calmsea's services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
