Our Programmes
Three Programmes.
One Direction.
Each programme addresses a different aspect of family communication — from listening and expression to preparation and shared planning. All are educational, all are voluntary.
Back to HomeHow We Design Our Programmes
Every Calmsea programme starts from the same question: what do families in Bangkok actually need in order to communicate more clearly? The answer shapes the format, the duration, the materials, and the way sessions are led.
We work from established communication frameworks — not proprietary systems or branded methodologies. The tools we teach are straightforward, well-documented, and designed to be used independently after participants leave the room.
Our facilitation approach is educational rather than directive. We present frameworks, explain how they are generally used, and leave participants to reflect on how they apply to their own situations.

Programme 1
Family Communication Workshop
A guided group session covering the foundations of family communication — listening with attention, expressing needs without triggering defensiveness, and reducing the friction that builds up in day-to-day exchanges. Educational and reflective in nature, with no advice given on any individual family's situation.
Listening — what it looks like when it works, and what typically gets in the way
Expressing needs clearly without blame or pressure
Understanding conflict patterns and how they escalate
Practical exercises to continue at home
How the Session Works
Participants receive a brief preparation overview by email before the session date.
The session runs as a structured half-day group experience with short exercises between presentations.
Participants leave with a set of take-home exercises and a written reference summary.

฿3,910
Programme 2
Mediation-Support Information Session
An informational session designed to explain how respectful, voluntary structured conversations are generally organised and conducted. Covers the process and the communication skills involved — not any specific dispute or outcome. Participants leave with a preparation worksheet and a clearer understanding of what such conversations involve.
How voluntary structured conversations are typically arranged
Communication approaches that help these conversations proceed constructively
How to prepare mentally and practically for a calm exchange
Preparation worksheet included — completed before attending
How the Session Works
On enrolment, participants receive a preparation worksheet to complete at their own pace before the session date.
The half-day group session walks through conversation structures, communication skills, and common preparation challenges.
Participants leave with their completed worksheet, a reference guide, and a clearer sense of how to approach a voluntary structured conversation.
Programme Fee
฿7,310
Programme 3
Co-Coordination Skills Programme
A multi-week educational programme for parents and family members sharing practical responsibilities. Covers scheduling, cooperative communication, and joint planning — all skills-based, all general in scope. Includes shared templates and a structured session plan across several weekly meetings.
Building shared scheduling approaches that reduce repeated negotiation
Communication strategies for joint decision-making
Handling plan changes and unexpected situations constructively
Shared templates provided — practical tools from session one
How the Programme Works
Participants receive an orientation pack and template bundle before the first session.
Weekly group sessions build on each other across multiple weeks, with between-session practice encouraged through provided materials.
The final session reviews the full set of tools and helps participants plan how to continue applying them independently.
